Why do I always have tension in my shoulders?

So many people come into us and tell us that they just “always” have tension in their shoulders, no matter how many massages they get, our how many different ways they’ve tried to set up their work desk. It becomes what some people consider a “normal” part of their posture. However, as we often say in here, just because it’s “normal” doesn’t mean it’s “OPTIMAL”.
